Netgalley Book Tag

We all know and love netgalley so I figured this would be a fun little tag to do. Thanks you to Jay Alonzo @ A Lovelorn Virgo for tagging me forever ago. Better late than never right!

Rules:

  • Link back to the tag’s creator (Kourtni Reads)
  • Thank and link back to the person who tagged you
  • Answer the questions the best you can. If you don’t use NetGalley, you can substitute other sites or places where you get books!
  • Tag a few people to do this too.

AUTO-APPROVED: Who’s one author whose books you automatically want to read, regardless of what they’re about?

Easily Sarah J. Maas! I could read her grocery list and still be entertained.

REQUEST: What makes you want to request a book that you see on NetGalley?

The covers! I’m such a sucker for a good cover. I mean the description of the book is really important but the chances of me actually reading the description depend on how good the cover is.

FEEDBACK RATIO: Do you review every book you read? If not, how do you decide what books to review?

No but most of the time I try to review books right after I’m finished with them. I guess I go with my gut, if a book really hits me emotionally and I find myself having to talk about it – I right a review!

BADGES: If you could create your own badge to display on your blog, what would it be for?

Probably something really general like young adult book advocate or I don’t know, best book blog in the galaxy.

WISH FOR IT: What’s one book that you are absolutely dying to read?

Right now, I’m yet to purchase Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo so the need to read this book is burning my soul!

2016 NETGALLEY CHALLENGE: What was the last book that you received as an ARC that you reviewed? If you’ve never received an ARC, what’s the last book you reviewed?

Oh man, it’s been such a long time since I received my last arc, I think it was Children of Icarus (review here).

I guess that’s it! I tag… you! If you want to do this go for it! Thanks for reading!
