Feyre survived Amarantha’s clutches to return to the Spring Court-but at a steep cost. Though she now has the powers of the High Fae, her heart remains human, and it can’t forget the terrible deeds she performed to save Tamlin’s people.

Nor has Feyre forgotten her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the Night Court. As Feyre navigates it’s dark web of politics, passion, and dazzling power, a greater evil looms-and she might be key to stopping it. But only if she can harness her harrowing gifts, heal her fractured soul, and decide how she wishes to shape her future-and the future of a world cleaved in two.

With more than a million copies sold of her beloved Throne of Glass series, Sarah J. Maas’s masterful storytelling brings this second book in her seductive and action-packed series to new heights.

Review*

No. Words. I’ve got no words to express how I feel about this book right now. I’m gonna try my darn best to find the words to express how freaking brilliant this book is! I can’t fathom how sweet little ACOTAR turned into this glorious, glorious book. This is now one of my top 5 (yes 5) favorite books ever.

The talent it must take to write a 600 page book without it dragging for a second blows my mind. When I started the story I was so sure it would drag because cumon how much more could happen to Feyre after all the events of ACOTAR, but oh my gosh my mind was blown. The reason I’m writing this is because I had ridiculously high expectations for this book and they were all blown out the water.

With this book we’re introduced to so many new characters with so much backstory and history. I love how the author stripped all these characters (even the supporting ones) bare and made us understand them at levels I never even thought possible. Sarah J. Maas created such amazing, beautiful flawed characters that made me feel so engaged with the story.

This was such a raw story and I love every heart-wrenching page of it. I honestly never expected to love this series even more than I already did. It was gory, passionate, sweet, frustrating at times, and oh-so-sexy! Plus  The Court of Dreams are major bookish squad goals (I’m I right!).

Major respect to S. J. Maas for firstly creating this world and then expanding it to something bigger and more real than I could have ever imagined. For creating another even more beautiful love story full of sacrifices and… steamy sex scenes!

Guys, great story! Give A Court of Thorns and Roses a chance (if you haven’t) you won’t regret it because it only gets better!
