March Wrap-Up

Hi guys!

Its wrap-up time! Another month has gone by, it’s shocking how fast time flies. During the month of March, I read a total of 6 books, not my overall best but I did read some pretty awesome books. Let’s get started!

1. Tatiana and Alexander by Paullina Simons (review)
Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Such an emotionally involving book, I got a glimpse of the history from such a unique perspective and I loved every minute of reading it.

2. Room by Emma Donoghue (review)
Rating: 3.5 of 5 stars

Not a book that blew me away, but written from a five-year-olds perspective it was definitely a unique read.

3. The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis
Rating: 3.5 of 5 stars

This was a book that I went into with such high expectations and ended up being disappointed, I know I would have loved it if I were younger but right now I just didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would.

4. Red Rising by Pierce Brown (review)
Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Red Rising was a book that I really really loved, it immediately became one of my all-time favorites because of its pure awesomeness.

5. Air Awakens by Elise Kova (review)
Rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is such a great fantasy book that I wish more people would read. I loved all the elemental control, action and drama.

6. Carry On by Rainbow Rowell (review-to-come)
Rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was the last book I read this month and the fact that I enjoyed it really surprised me, because this was a book that could have gone horribly wrong so many ways but turned out great.

*Favorite book of the month: Red Rising (but Tatiana and Alexander comes close second)

So that’s it, March was a great month because I found some new favorite books and read a bunch of other good ones. I hope you guys had a great month too!
